FAQs & Policy & Studio Policies
Booking & Scheduling
Q1: How do I book a session or project?
Click Get Started on our homepage to complete the intake form. From there, we’ll review your request and send a proposal or invoice. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed. For larger or custom projects, a Studio Manager will follow up directly to coordinate logistics.
Q2: Can I reschedule?
Yes — one complimentary reschedule is available with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling or last-minute changes may require a fee, depending on project size and location.
Q3: How far in advance should I book?
For local shoots, we recommend at least 2 weeks in advance. For studio rentals, sound production, or larger video projects, please allow 3–4 weeks for scheduling. Rush bookings may be available for an additional fee.
Payments & Refunds
Q4: What’s your refund and cancellation policy?
100% refund if canceled 72+ hours before your session.
50% refund if canceled 48–72 hours before.
No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Custom or long-term projects may have unique terms outlined in your agreement.
Q5: How do you handle budget limitations?
We offer clear starting rates for each service (Photography, Video, Sound, Training). For projects with tighter budgets, we may recommend scaled-down deliverables (e.g., raw footage only, limited edits) to ensure quality while staying within your means.
Deliverables & Rights
Q6: Do I own the content created?
Yes — you receive full usage rights for personal, business, and promotional use. Commercial licensing (e.g., for resale, ads, or distribution deals) requires a custom agreement.
Q7: How will I receive my files?
All files are delivered via Google Drive unless otherwise arranged. Links remain active for 14 days after delivery. Please download and back up your files during this time.
Q8: How many revisions are included?
Most projects include one round of revisions. Additional revisions, late change requests, or scope expansions may involve extra fees.
Production Policies
Q9: Do you travel outside Greater Boston?
Yes — travel beyond the Greater Boston area is available at a custom rate, based on distance and project needs.
Q10: What if my session runs over time?
Projects that extend beyond the booked time may incur overtime charges (billed hourly or half-day, depending on service type).
Q11: Do you provide raw files?
Raw video or audio can be delivered upon request. Please note that raw files are often unpolished and large in size; editing or post-production is recommended for professional use.
Q12: Do you offer bundled services?
Yes — many clients book photography, video, and sound together. Bundling can improve efficiency and save costs compared to booking separately. Ask about package options during your intake call.

Q14: What platforms do you use to communicate?
