Q1: How do I schedule a project?

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to book your session.
For custom or complex projects, a Studio Manager will personally follow up to coordinate all logistics.

Q2: Can I reschedule my session?

Yes — we allow one free reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Additional rescheduling or late changes may incur a fee.

Q3: What’s your refund policy?

We know things come up. Our cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund if canceled 72+ hours before the session

  • 50% refund if canceled within 48 hours

  • No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows

Q4: Do I own the content you create for me?

You receive full usage rights for personal and promotional use.
For commercial licensing or resale, please request a custom agreement.

Q5: What if I need revisions?

Most projects include one round of revisions.
Additional edits or late change requests may involve a fee, based on scope.

Q6: How do I contact someone about my project?

You’ll be assigned a Studio Manager who stays in contact throughout your project.

General Studio Policies

  • All bookings are final once payment is received

  • Primary communication is via email and Slack

  • File delivery is handled through Google Drive

    • Access to project files is available for 14 days after delivery
