 Q1: How do I schedule a project?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a link to select your session date. For custom projects, a Studio Manager will reach out to coordinate.

Q2: Can I reschedule my session?
Yes — once, with at least 48 hours notice. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

Q3: What is your refund policy?

  • 100% refund if canceled 72+ hours before the session

  • 50% refund if canceled within 48 hours

  • No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows

Q4: Will I own the content you create?
You receive full usage rights for personal and promotional use. Commercial licensing can be arranged upon request.

Q5: What if I need revisions?
One round of revisions is included for most projects. Additional edits may require an added fee.

Q6: How do I contact someone about my project?
Message your assigned Studio Manager or email support@johnkindstudios.com.

General Policies:

  • All bookings are final once payment is received

  • Communication happens primarily through email and Slack

  • File delivery is through Google Drive with a 14-day access window
