Every project begins with a Project Snapshot, giving me the information needed to understand your audience, objectives, timeline, budget, and challenges. If the opportunity appears aligned, the next step is a Discovery Call. From there, I develop the right approach and assemble the right creative team to bring your vision to life.
MY SIX-STEP PROCESS

Step 1
Project Snapshot
Every project begins by sharing what you are planning and what you hope to accomplish.
Through the Project Snapshot form, I collect information about your organization, goals, audience, timeline, location, estimated budget, and creative vision. Submitting the form does not commit you to a project or reserve a production date.

Step 2
Discovery
After reviewing your Project Snapshot, I’ll invite you to a Discovery Call if the opportunity appears aligned with John Kind Studios.
During our conversation, I learn more about your priorities, audience, challenges, desired deliverables, and what success looks like. This allows me to understand the bigger picture before recommending a solution.

Step 3
Proposal, Agreement & Deposit
If JKS is the right fit, I translate what we discussed into a clear project plan.
Your proposal will outline the recommended approach, scope of work, deliverables, timeline, revision structure, project investment, and payment terms. The project becomes confirmed after the client agreement is signed and the required deposit is received.

Step 4
Team Assembly & Pre-Production
Your project deserves the right people and preparation.
Using my trusted creative network, I identify and coordinate the professionals needed to execute your vision—from filmmakers and photographers to editors, designers, audio professionals, talent, and other specialists. I also organize responsibilities, schedules, equipment, locations, and production logistics.

Step 5
Production & Post-Production
This is where strategy becomes creative work.
I oversee the production process, communication, and execution while the selected team captures, creates, edits, and prepares the agreed-upon content. Every decision remains connected to the goals established during discovery and pre-production.

Delivery & Partnership
Your approved assets are organized and prepared for their intended platforms and audiences.
Whether the project includes video, photography, audio, campaign materials, or event media, I make sure the final deliverables are ready to support your goals. When continued support makes sense, JKS can also help develop future campaigns, additional content, and an ongoing creative partnership.
